Moving out of Trauma Podcast- Connecting with Self Through Somatic Breathwork and Healing Trauma

In this episode of Moving Out of Trauma, I enjoyed talking with Somatic Breathwork™ Practitioner, Casey (she/her) as we dived deep into the transformative power of somatic practices and mindfulness for healing from trauma. Learn about the importance of authenticity, vulnerability, and community in the therapeutic space, and discover how intentional self-care practices can lead to a more joyful and regulated life. From re-patterning the brain to finding what works for individual regulation, this episode offers valuable insights and practical tips for those seeking to move out of trauma and into a place of healing and resilience.

Casey is a Somatic Breathwork™ Practitioner, Event Facilitator, and Conscious Entrepreneur. Casey has supported and worked alongside entrepreneurs and executives her entire life. She knows firsthand the impact anxiety, stress, and overwhelm have on humanity. After immersing herself in the wellness space, she noticed a missing piece to her internal healing, which resided on a physiological (somatic) level. This is when she explored Somatic Breathwork. She now guides people through transformational Somatic Breathwork practices, helping to promote self-awareness, emotional integration, stress/anxiety reduction, and overall well-being.
